SITE: Setauket Community Residence, Pederson Krag Center, Inc

REPORTS TO: Program Director

Join a dedicated team of residential staff servicing eight adolescent male residents with severe emotional disturbances. Provide health and medical care, medication management, and health and wellness education to residents and their families.

REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of the Children’s Mental Health system, work from a strength-based family driven model of care; and 2 + years experience with adolescents (preferably in the psychiatric field). Candidate must be flexible, some early evening required.
